The results are in, and we’re here to share the NWSL Team of the Round! Our third TOTR of the season comes in at $2.725M for 173 points, putting it between Round 1 and Round 2 for both price and points.
Debinha led the round with 17 points.
Fun Facts:
- Debinha has appeared on all 3 TOTRs so far (spoiler alert, she will also be on the Team of the Month); this is a second TOTR for Cooper, and a first for everyone else
- We have our first tie of the season for a spot in the TOTR!
- Arnold scored very high for a goalkeeper – goalkeepers usually don’t score within the top 11 players overall, but Arnold was tied for 4th-highest scoring (a six-way tie, but given how inexpensive she is relative to the other players, TOTR calculations brought her in at 5th overall, with only Hase, a rookie, ranked higher within the six tied)
- Notably, only four NWSL teams are represented on this TOTR – last season (and so far this season), every TOTR had at least five NWSL teams represented. Out of the twelve total players on this one, there are four each from Racing and the Spirit, and two each from the Thorns and the Current
