Bay FC receives:

  • Orlando’s natural first-round pick in the 2024 NWSL Draft (No. 8 overall)

Orlando receives:

  • $50,000 in Allocation Money
  • Protection from Bay FC in 2024 NWSL Expansion Draft

Kansas City, November 15

Bay FC receives:

  • Alex Loera

Kansas City receives:

  • $175,000 in Allocation Money
  • Protection from Bay FC in 2024 NWSL Expansion Draft

Racing Louisville FC, November 17

Bay FC receives:

  • $235,000 in Alternative Allocation Money*
  • Racing’s natural third-round pick in the 2024 NWSL Draft (No. 34 overall)

Racing receives:

  • Bay FC’s natural second-round pick in the 2024 NWSL Draft (No. 15 overall)
  • Protection from Bay FC in 2024 NWSL Expansion Draft

* We have confirmed with Racing Louisville FC that Alternative Allocation Money is the right to purchase additional funds that the club has not funded but had the rights to. This trade increases the amount of Allocation Money Bay FC has the ability to purchase from the league, but is not a transfer of physical funds.

Free agent defender Caprice Dydasco signs for Bay FC. The length of her contract is not disclosed.

December 14, 2023

Bay FC announces Jason Goodson and Angela Salem as the club’s assistant coaches. Diego Restrepo is appointed head of goalkeeping.

December 15, 2023

Bay FC selects five players in the 2024 NWSL Expansion Draft.

Bay FC receives $50,000 in allocation money from the Houston Dash in exchange for midfielder Sierra Enge.

December 18, 2023

Bay FC receives $40,000 in alternative allocation money from Racing Louisville FC in exchange for defender Ellie Jean. This is a continuation of the December 12 trade with Racing and Gotham FC, in which Bay FC received $130,000 in allocation money from Louisville. 

December 20, 2023

Bay FC acquires $75,000 in allocation money and 55th overall pick in 2024 NWSL Draft from OL Reign in exchange for the 43rd overall pick. 

December 21, 2023

Free agent defender Kayla Sharples signs on to a two-year deal through the 2025 season. 

January 12, 2024 – NWSL Draft Day

Goalkeeper Melissa Lowder signs a one-year deal with a mutual option for the 2025 season.

January 26, 2024

Bay FC acquired the rights to Venezuelan international Deyna Castellanos through a transfer with Manchester City Women in exchange for a transfer fee, signing the midfielder through 2026 with an option for 2027.

January 30, 2024

Bay FC acquired the rights to Ghanaian international Princess Marfo through a transfer with Danish club FC Nordsjælland in exchange for a transfer fee. The forward is under contract through the 2025 season with an option for 2026.

February 1, 2024

Nigerian striker Asisat Oshoala has been acquired by Bay FC through a transfer with FC Barcelona Femení of Liga F in Spain in exchange for a transfer fee. Oshoala was signed to a contract through the 2026 season with an option for the 2027 campaign.

February 2, 2024

Scottish defender Jen Beattie has been acquired by Bay FC through a transfer with Arsenal of the Women’s Super League in exchange for a transfer fee, signing a contract that will see her in the Bay through 2025 with an option for 2026.

February 8, 2024

Bay FC acquired the rights to Canadian goalkeeper Lysianne Proulx through a transfer with Australian club Melbourne City FC in exchange for a transfer fee, signing Proulx through 2025 with an option for 2026.

February 13, 2024

For what has been reported to be a world record transfer fee, Bay FC has acquired Zambian international forward Racheal Kundananji from Madrid CFF. Kundananji is signed through the 2027 season with an option for 2028.

February 15, 2024

Defender Savy King has been signed through 2026. She is the first draft pick to officially join Bay FC.
