Defensive points in FNWSL tend to be a little more evenly distributed than attacking points, and because all defenders get points for clean sheets, we can gain a little more insight by looking specifically at which players log the highest percentage of their team’s attacking points. Players that are consistently racking up attacking points are some of the best FNWSL investments, even if they aren’t always logging goals and assists. The higher the percentage of attacking points, the higher level of involvement in the team’s offense – in other words, players on this list have both a high floor and a high ceiling when it comes to FNWSL.

Quite a few of the same players appear on this list, which just reinforces how valuable they could prove to be in FNWSL over the rest of the season. All of them are great options for your team, and you probably want to roster at least three or four players on this list.

One specifically to consider is Savannah McCaskill, who has been off to a hot start this year and plays a position (midfield) that has been tricky to predict in FNWSL so far. She’s only logged one goal and one assist (both in the same game vs. Louisville), but is one of the most consistent performers in the league. If you’re taking the approach of concentrating your budget at the more predictable positions of DF and FW and looking for discounts at MF, McCaskill is probably the best medium-price midfielder to help fill out your roster.
